STACY FEITE

From a young age, Coach Stacy has led an active lifestyle, sparking her passion for health and fitness. Her passion is helping women reconnect with their bodies, build lasting strength, and embrace fitness in a way that supports—not depletes—their health.


Like many women, she's been through the ups and downs of fitness, from pushing her body too hard to learning how to train and fuel it with care. As her journey evolved and her mindset shifted, she devoted time to learn more about women's health and discovered a way to move and fuel her body that she genuinely enjoyed. Stacy's passion for wellness and more specifically menstrual cycles, stems from her personal journey through fertility and healing. Now, she is dedicated to empowering individuals, especially women, to take charge of their well-being, lead purposeful lives, and embrace mindful living.


"I have tried and tested many ways of dieting, training, and methods to reduce my PMS. I've worked through many gym, nutrition and wellness programs over the years to build the physique, knowledge and health I now have."
